If you don’t have heat, please review the list below BEFORE scheduling a service visit.


  • Are both the red emergency switch and the switch located on the side of the heating system on?


  • Is the thermostat set above room temperature?

    • Certain thermostats require the settings to be heat


  • Check your oil tank to make sure it contains oil.

    • If you do not have oil turn off your system immediately and call our office for service at 610-446-2444.


  • If the burner does not go on, check for a blown fuse or tripped circuit breaker in your main electrical box.


  • Press the red reset button on the burner relay- but ONLY ONCE.


  • If after following these steps your heater is still not responding, please give us a call to schedule a service visit.
