My gas burner is 29 years old. The service tech from Boyle cleaned my burner and also completed some CO2 & efficiency... tests that I don't recall ever being done before. Burner passed all tests - lucky me.read more

Dwayne called in advance, showed up on time. He was masked and let us know he was vaccinated. He was scheduled to do... routine maintenance but found issues with our old heater. He worked hard and kept us informed although there was a possibility we'd have to replace the entire unit. He was able to repair and I believe we will get one more season out of our old boiler. It was more expensive then just a tune up but reasonably priced and better than an emergency replacement. I would use Boyle Energy again.read more

9/21/21Devon did the annual service on our heater today, doing his usual thorough job, and explaining things to me... afterwards very clearly.August 17, 2020: Devon was efficient and courteous as well as knowledgeable while performing yearly heating unit service this today. He strongly recommended that we get our filter changed at least three times yearly.Last week just before the heat wave hit in early July our air conditioner froze. Nick came and took care of everything very efficiently. He showed professionalism, know-how and friendly manners. I want to recognize one of your technicians, Mike Gavin. Last Monday Mike was dispatched in response to my call... regarding a problem with my air conditioner.I learned immediately that Mike is a man of few words and a man of lot of work. The problem was difficult; involving electricity and pans or some such. I obviously don't understand the problem. Fortunately Mike was the technician and I wasn't.One thing I did understand was that the A/C corner of the attic was somewhat hotter than hell. It took Mike about seven hours to fix the problem. He spent most of that time scrunched into that very hot corner of the attic. Again, fortunately Mike was the technician.Mike is not just a worker, he is pleasant, interesting, and customer focused. That reminds me that I would be remiss if I did not mention the ladies in the office. In the six or seven years that I have lived here, I don't know how many times I have interfaced with those ladies. Every time has been a pleasure. They are knowledgeable, professional, cheerful, and customer focused. It is obvious that the company emphasizes the importance of customer focus. And from my contacts with the employees of Boyle, it is obvious that they have embraced the company's goal of high customer satisfaction.By the way, the A/C is working fine. The Boyle team are great to work with. John was by today to do an AC tune-up and clean the evaporator coils (since I... had accidentally run it without a filter at the end of last season). He arrived in the scheduled timeframe and the office called ahead of time to give me a heads-up when he was on his way. He was courteous and gave me a run-down of all the steps that he performed. I've used Boyle for all my boiler/heat/hot water and HVAC needs and they have been great.read more
